I may not appreciate their football talents, but I love it when Brazilians make pop music. Let’s see: Os Mutantes, great; last year’s SoulJazz release “The Sexual Life of the Savages, amazing. And now—possibly best of all—glitchy, whirring dance music courtesy of CSS.
